Brawl Stars: Kenji Brawler Analysis

Kenji is a brawler with a very sophisticated backstory, but we shall not talk about it just yet. Firstly, we need to talk about how cracked he is at the offence. Even though he isn’t much of a tank. The damage he does is crazy, as to his reload, they need to nerf him. Really. He can counter any brawler in the game, even Kit. Even Surge can’t counter it (sorry SumoSingh). His attacks consist of 2 main moves: A dash and a slash. The dash does 1500 damage, and a slash does 200 damage. Keep in mind that these stats are all based on max level Kenji, not any power below that. Furthermore, the attacks have some crazy range. Lets not even mention the super, which goes in a cross and with each giant slash does a stacking 2000 damage.

Even though Kenji is broken, it still has some weaknesses. In showdown, there is virtually no way he can be countered, so it's best to play against him there. But if you are playing against Kenji in 3v3 gamemodes, he is very much counterable with Piper in open maps, Sandy with the sleeping gadget, and Buzz with his super. 

 I have done some experiments, and I have found the best combination of gadgets and starr powers for Kenji. And you guessed it: They are the shield ones. For the gears it is best to use Shield and Attack as usual.
