Sabrina Annlynn Carpenter was born on the 11th of May 1999 in Quakertown, Pennsylvania, to David and Elizabeth Carpenter.She is an American actress as well as a singer. She was first recognised starring on Disney Channel in the series Girl Meets World and she signed with Disney-owned Hollywood Records. She released her debut single called Can’t Blame a Girl for Trying in 2014 which was followed by four studio albums called Evolution in 2016, Singular: Act 1 in 2018 and Singular Act 2 in 2019; three of her singles; three of her singles called Alien, Almost Love and Sue Me which topped the US Dance Club Songs chart.
Sabrina Carpenter then moved to Island Records in 2021 and released her single called “Skin”, which then made first entry on the US Billboard Hot 100. Her fifth album, "Email I Can’t Send" was released in 2022 and was supported by the US Pop Airplay top-10 singles “Nonsense” and “Feather”. She also opened for the Taylor Swift Eras Tour in 2023, and achieved more success with her sixth album Short n’ Sweet released in 2024. Short n’ Sweet marked her debut on the US Billboard 200 chart and produced the Billboard Global 200 number one singles “Espresso” and “Please Please Please”.
Sabrina Carpenter has appeared in many films for example Adventures in Babysitting, The Short History of the Long Road, Clouds and many more. On Broadway, she has also been lead role in the musical Mean Girls.
