What are Direwolves?

The Dire Wolf  is a species of Canine with stronger jaws, thicker fur and larger bodies than an average grey wolf. Based on old fossils Dire Wolves would have weighed about 75-150 pounds, they were one of the largest canine breeds which measured up to 4 feet in length and we think today that they were originally white. They used to be extinct for about 12,500 years but after a few colossal scientists had modified the DNA of a common wolf species, using DNA from old dire wolves the common wolf had given  birth to 3 Direwolves called Romulus, Remus and Khalleesi.

Where are these Direwolves kept?

These scientists have kept the Direwolves safe in a 2,000 Acer secretive lab with 10 foot tall fencing, drones and security cameras in Northern America  ( where the species of dire wolves used to roam)  during October 1st 2024 2 male dire wolves were created and on January 30th 2025 a female dire wolf was created. Because of how powerful these creatures used to be and how little the amount of Direwolves their actually are they probably will not be released into the wild and stay watched as their species starts to grow in numbers

How exactly did these scientists actually rebirth dire wolves

The colossal scientists had gathered ancient DNA from old fossils of previous dire wolves; they then enhanced a common grey wolf's DNA and added the ancient DNA from two Direwolves fossils. Instead Of a grey wolf the DNA that was added had caused an effect in the cells making The dire wolf species re-birth.

Why did the colossal scientist de-extinct dire wolfs

The colossal scientists that de-extinct the dire wolves did this to demonstrate the power of genetic technology today proving that it could even re-birth extinct animals and restore lost diversity in these beautiful creatures.  Also this powerful technology could re-stabilise many eco-systems and possibly prevent biodiversity loss.
