Since the start of Covid, the world of sport has changed dramatically. This change has affected me greatly as I love sport, in particular, rugby. People participate in Rugby all around the world, with many turning out to watch big-ticket competitions such as the World Cup.
Rugby is a test of physical and mental strength that suits all body types. If you are reading this while looking for a sport to try then I recommend you try out rugby, especially if you enjoy something physical. By playing and training for rugby you get a full body workout. What I can tell you is that when you commit to rugby the more time you put in the more you will get out.
Tackling the bigger kids may seem scary and I can relate to being one of the youngest in the under 13 TRC team, but there are ways and methods of learning how to tackle safely.
